These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the winevip platform — including all casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, payment services, and promotions. By creating an account or placing a wager on winevip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document.

1General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between the Player and winevip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to the use of the winevip website, mobile platform, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and promotional offers. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
winevip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.1 Definitions
- "Player" / "you" / "your" — any individual who has registered an account on winevip or is accessing the Platform.
- "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
- "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
- "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by winevip that are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion or withdrawal.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process required by the Platform.
- "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, denoted by the symbol ৳, the primary currency of the Platform.
1.2 Governing Language
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall govern. All correspondence, support interactions, and dispute communications between the Player and winevip shall be conducted in English.
1.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
2Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of winevip is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active Account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. winevip employs mandatory age verification as part of its KYC process, and any Account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately with any balance returned to the source payment method.
- You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not as a representative, agent, or employee of any commercial gambling business.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of winevip, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from winevip or had an Account closed by the Platform for breach of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. winevip makes no representation as to the legal status of online gambling in any specific country or region. You access the Platform at your own legal risk.
3Account Registration
To use the real-money features of the winevip Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify winevip promptly of any changes to your registered details.
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on winevip. Duplicate Accounts — whether created by the same individual using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. winevip employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations. If duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts will be closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your Account while you are logged in is your sole responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify winevip immediately via live chat or email at .
3.3 KYC Verification
winevip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Accepted documents include:
- Valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
- Valid passport (any nationality)
- Valid driving licence
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address, dated within 90 days)
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3.4 Account Currency
The default and primary currency of all winevip Accounts is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposit amounts, game wagers, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated and settled in BDT.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
winevip supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for their relevance and reliability in the Bangladesh market. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT and are subject to the limits and conditions set out below.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)
4.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100
- Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to payment provider limits)
- Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in real time for mobile banking methods. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on the issuing institution.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Processing time for mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is typically under 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
- Pending KYC verification may delay withdrawal processing. Providing complete and accurate documents promptly ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
- winevip does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
winevip maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. winevip reserves the right to freeze an Account and withhold funds pending investigation if any transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent or in breach of AML obligations. Players must not deposit funds derived from illegal sources. Any confirmed breach of AML obligations will result in permanent Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
5Bonuses & Promotions
winevip offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, daily cashback, weekly reload bonuses, match-day free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
5.2 Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active
While a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum single wager from any combination of real-money and bonus funds is ৳1,000 per bet or spin. Wagers placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided, and any winnings generated from such wagers may be forfeited.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates
- Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements
- Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
- Sports betting: 100% contribution (minimum odds of 1.50 per selection)
- Crash games (Aviator, Mines Gold): 50% contribution
- Video poker and certain specialty games: 0% contribution (excluded)
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to the Account, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from the Account without notice.
5.5 Bonus Abuse
winevip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal exposure, hedging bets across outcomes to exploit promotional terms, and any other strategy that the Platform determines is not in the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be excluded from future promotional offers or have their Account closed entirely.
6Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports betting and casino gaming on winevip is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all gaming verticals.
6.1 Final Authority
In all matters relating to the outcome of a bet or game, the records and determinations made by winevip's systems shall be final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Player's device and the Platform's server records, the server records shall prevail.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, winevip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's Account Balance. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error or obvious pricing mistake are not valid and will not be paid. winevip will notify affected Players as soon as practicable.
6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules
- A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by winevip's trading system and a confirmation reference number has been issued.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. winevip reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
- For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors, settlement rules follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable; otherwise bets on the affected market may be voided.
- Maximum payout per single bet slip: ৳2,000,000 (Two million Taka). Winnings in excess of this cap will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
6.4 Casino and RNG Games
All casino games on winevip use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, or similar). winevip does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel and represents the theoretical long-term payout rate.
7User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using winevip, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Opening or attempting to open more than one Account on the Platform.
- Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit the Platform in any way.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward winevip staff or other Players via the live chat, email, or any other channel.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, source code, or infrastructure.
8Account Suspension & Closure
winevip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the Player's payment provider.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player under the Responsible Gaming policy.
- A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment processor.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied and no chargeback or AML investigation is pending.
8.2 Dormant Accounts
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. winevip will send notification emails to the registered address before the dormancy classification is applied. Following dormancy classification, an administrative fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the Account Balance until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in and completing any required reverification steps.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure — whether voluntary, initiated by winevip, or resulting from self-exclusion — all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited. Real-money Balance and verified winnings will be returned to the Player subject to the conditions in section 8.1 above.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Important legal limitations that apply to your use of the winevip platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winevip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — even if winevip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
winevip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
winevip's total aggregate liability to any Player, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits winevip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
